Package dimensions (volumetric weight of your Cat tree)
Destination country

Currently, there are over 20 countries where we offer tax-free, free shipping with door-to-door delivery.

✓ Logistics Methods (By sea,typically 40–60 days for sea freight, the most cost-effective option for large items）
✓ Delivery times: Vary by destination（Door-to-door service)

Production & Shipping
Handcrafted with Care: Each piece is made to order, We will arrange for delivery within 7 days after we receive your order with successful payment. with a current turnaround time of 40–60 days (may extend during peak seasons). 

Shipping: Once ready, your order will ship fully assembled in secure, single-piece packaging. Tracking details will be emailed to you.
